1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 55jl ("55jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 55jl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at https://55jl.one and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 55jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

55jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 55jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 55jl does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 55jl, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written approval has been obtained from 55jl management.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 55jl or by any applicable gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

55jl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 55jl may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the 55jl Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active player account on 55jl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 55jl employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 55jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 55jl immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, 55jl may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal request. 55jl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Payments

55jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other payment channels as may be added from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Please refer to the cashier section of your account for current limits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 55jl account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. 55jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All funds deposited into your 55jl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 55jl does not accept deposits made using credit cards issued by Philippine banks where such transactions are restricted by the card issuer or applicable regulations.
• 55jl reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• 55jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays of up to five (5) business days in exceptional circumstances.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

55jl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an unverified or third-party account will result in the withdrawal being declined and may trigger a security review of your account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

55jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• 55jl reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, certain table games, and other specified game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• 55jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 55jl Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers, including but not limited to Jili Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

All games on 55jl that use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface.

7.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, 55jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 55jl will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the original wager.

7.2 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify 55jl customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. 55jl will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes. The decision of 55jl following such investigation shall be final and binding.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 55jl staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

55jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 55jl players and can be activated at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, you will be unable to place further wagers until the limit period resets.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 55jl Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 55jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from 55jl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that could damage the reputation of 55jl.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in civil or criminal penalties. 55jl reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55jl, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 55jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

55jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55jl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

55jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy of 55jl.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Suspected use of automated tools, bots, or other prohibited software.
• At the request of the player (voluntary account closure).
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding security or compliance checks. 55jl is not obligated to return funds where account closure results from a breach of these Terms involving fraudulent or illegal conduct.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 55jl customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 55jl, you agree to first contact 55jl customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. 55jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 55jl with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and 55jl relating to the same subject matter.
